The dog named 'Bambam' belonging to Ülker Güleryüz , who fed street dogs in the Gültepe Neighborhood of the Altındağ district and was known as 'Aunt Necla' in her circle, was taken by municipal teams on February 18.

Güleryüz reacted to his dog being taken away along with the other stray dogs that were gathered. Ülker Güleryüz 's reaction to the municipality officers and his attempt to stop the vehicle were captured on camera.

On the same evening, a fire broke out in the shanty house where Güleryüz lived. While the fire was extinguished by the fire brigade, Ülker Güleryüz lost her life. Güleryüz's body was buried in Karşıyaka Cemetery yesterday after the autopsy procedures.
